A missed appointment or short notice cancellation represents an opportunity missed serving another patient in need and a cost to the clinic
Due to the high demand for appointments, we have the following cancellation policy.
We require 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancelling appointments.
Failing to attend, rescheduling or cancelling appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice
1st occurrence: No cancellation fee will be charged. We understand things happen outside your control (Sickness, bad weather, emergencies etc.).
Reoccurrence: If you wish to make a further booking then we require an appointment holding fee of $90. When you attend your appointment, $90 will be taken off your cost of treatment, or the fee will be refunded if the treatment cost is less than $90. However, if you do not attend your appointment, you forfeit your booking fee. The fee is non-refundable
If a patient has failed to attend several times or has had several short notice cancellations, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the treatment upfront, before booking another appointment. This is at the discretion of management.’
